The Challenge
A homeowner in the Monta Loma neighborhood needed to modernize a 1971 property. While the plywood cabinet boxes were structurally superior to many modern alternatives, the oak-stain doors and delaminated countertops felt dated.
Our Solution
After confirming the box integrity, we recommended full cabinet refacing using painted shaker doors in a soft warm white. This provided a brand-new aesthetic without the cost or waste of a total demolition, finished with warm grey quartz countertops.
The Impact
Completed in under a week, the project transformed the entire ground floor. By focusing on high-impact updates, we delivered a designer kitchen at a fraction of the cost of full custom cabinetry.
